Our vineyard grows in the forests of the Cumberland Plateau in Sinking Valley. The vineyard and winery overlook a long valley of sinkholes and caves. The runoff from Sinking Valley forms Short Creek, the “biggest short creek in the world”, about 10 miles down from the winery.
