At a wine tasting, our goal is to teach an appreciation of wine. A good wine, is what tastes good to you! There is no right or wrong way to enjoy wine. It can be room temperature, chilled or over ice (or warmed as a spice wine). If you venture out and buy a wine that is too dry, you can sweeten it with your favorite sweetener. Likewise, if it is too sweet you can add some dry wine. If you like a low alcohol wine, that is fruity, cool and refreshing, like an ‘Island Mist’, just add your favorite fruit juice. Wine can be made from any grape, fruit, berry or vegetable.
