FRANKFORT, Ky. — A free app for Apple iOS and Google Android devices will help users locate and learn more about Kentucky wineries. “The Kentucky Wine Trails app will provide all the information a traveler would need while they’re on the go,” Agriculture Commissioner James Comer said. “People can find a place to buy their
