Tasting Notes:                        Kentucky Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold red wine made of 100%Kentuckygrapes, harvested from the outstanding vintage of 2008, and aged in Kentucky White Oak barrels for 14 months.  It is a well rounded, complex cabernet with dark berry and fruit aromas coupled with flavors of black cherries, currants and spices.  Pairs well with red meat and marinara pasta dishes.
